The members of St Joseph Ward gathered together in the community hall on 18th September 2022 at 12 pm for the celebration of the new corn feast. Parish Priest Rev Fr Gerald Dsouza, Commission Convener Asha Monteiro, and SCC Convener Tony Pinto were present.
Greshal Rodrigues Ward Secretary welcomed everyone present. The prayer service was led by Augustine Dsouza and her team. Everyone offered flowers to Mother Mary. Fr Gerald delivered his message. After which the new corn was mixed in malt and was served to all.
Pauline Dsouza greeted the birthday celebrants. The ward Gurkar David Crasta proposed the vote of thanks.
The Parish Priest led the concluding prayer with grace before meals. Pauline Dsouza compered the program.
