The annual parish feast of Mother of God Church, Mariagiri, Shakthinagar was celebrated on 5th February 2023. The donors (Muddhom) were honored by presenting the Candle of Honor by Rev. Fr Gerald Dsouza, the Parish Priest.
Very Rev. Fr James Dsouza, Vicar Forane St Peters City Deanery & Parish Priest, St Joseph the Worker Church, Vamanjoor was the main celebrant. Rev. Dr Praveen Leo Lasrado, Rector, Gladsome Home delivered the homily. Fr Gerald DSouza, Parish Priest, Fr Vincent Vinod Saldanha, Designate Manager, Codialbail Press, and Fr Pramod Crasta, Assistant Manager concelebrated.
The singing by the Church Choir was melodious and heart-lifting. The Milagres Brass Band added to the charm of the annual parish feast. A large number of parishioners attended the festal Holy Mass and shared their joy on the occasion.
