Maundy Thursday was celebrated on the 6th April 2022. The service commenced at 6:30 pm.
Fr Pramod presided over the service. In the homily, Fr Vincent reflected on the importance of Jesus who set an example to each one of us by washing the feet of his disciple. He emphasized the role that priests play in building the church and uniting its people in faith.
As a symbolic gesture to commemorate Jesus’ selfless act of washing his disciples’ feet, Fr Pramod washed the feet of the twelve chosen parishioners. Fr Gerald Dsouza, and Fr Vincent concelebrated.
