On 13th August 2023, the Gurkar of St Joseph Ward David Crasta assumed office for a five-year term. On 10th September 2023, the Gurkars of Dev Matha, Nithyadar, St Alphonsus Maria de Liguori, and Vailankanni Wards Irene Dsouza, Jacintha Dsouza, Ronald Tony Pinto, and William Colaso respectively assumed office for probation term of one year. Norbert Rodrigues took oath as Ward Representative of St Alphonsus Maria de Liguori Ward at Mother of God Church after the 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. mass. The oath-taking ceremony was conducted in the presence of Parish Priest Rev Fr Gerald Dsouza and parishioners.
