On 20th October 2024, Mother of God Church, Shakthinagar, celebrated Mission Sunday with devotion and unity. Ward Gurkars distributed Mission Sunday covers to parishioners, inviting their contributions to support missionary work.
During the Mass, community representatives presented offertory gifts, symbolizing the parish’s commitment to the mission cause. Afterward, the Auction (Elam) was led by Mr. Praveen Sequeira and the Parish Pastoral Parishad (PPP), with active participation from the parish.
The parish priest also joined the Auction, encouraging the faithful to continue supporting missionary efforts. His message inspired generosity and strengthened the community’s resolve.
