The Catechism Parent Teachers meeting was held on Sunday, December 29, 2024 at Mother of God Church, Shakthinagar following the first mass. The gathering was warmly welcomed by Parish Priest, Rev.Fr. Apolinaries Crasta. Children from classes 1 to 10, their parents, and members of the Parish Parishod attended the meeting.
The resource person for the session, Rev.Fr. Bonifas Pinto, spoke on the topic “The Role of Parents/Elders in the Faith Formation of Children”. He highlighted the significant role of parents, children, and teachers in catechism process, emphasizing the importance of their collaboration in nurturing the faith of children.
At the conclusion of the session, the Parish Priest expressed gratitude to the resource person and all attendees. The meeting concluded at 10 am.
