5. Pilgrimage Trip:
A pilgrimage trip for Catechism students, YCS, ICYM along with catechism teachers was organized on Monday 28th April. The group of 55 members, setoff from Mother of God Church Shakthinagar at 8:30 AM after a brief prayer session. Parish Priest Rev Fr Apolinaris Crasta, PPP Vice President Mr. Stany Mascarenhas, Secretary Mrs. Mary Pinto, Commission for Catechetics Apostolate coordinator Mrs. Jean Dsouza, commission member, Mr. William Colaco accompanied.
The Pilgrimage included, visit to 9 churches in Mangalore and Udupi Diocese, visit to a historical monument and finally relaxation with fun at Thannirbhavi beach. It was a spiritually enriching and joyful experience for all, marked by comfort, fellowship and inspiration.
