On 24th August 2025 at 3:00 p.m., the Udka Dabazo program was held in the church premises in a formal manner.
The Guests of the Day were: Rev. Fr. Apolinaris Crasta Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Pramod Crasta, Resident Priest, ICYM Mangalore Diocese President Mr. Vijoy Ashwin Cardoza, Referee of the games Mr. Elroy Saldanha (Omzoor), ICYM City Deanery Lady Vice President Ms. Verina (Representing the President), Parish Pastoral Parishad Vice President Mr. Stany Mascharenas, Parish Pastoral Parishad Secretary Mrs. Mary Pinto, and All Commission Coordinator Mrs. Maria D’Cruz.
The program commenced with a welcome address by Ms. Riya Rodrigues. Rev. Fr. Apolinaris Crasta delivered his message, highlighting the importance and spirit of Udka Dabazo. Mr. Vijoy Cardoza also addressed the gathering, encouraging the youth towards unity and active participation.
The games were conducted excellently by Mr. Elroy Saldanha, and both participants and the audience thoroughly enjoyed the event. Valankanni Ward emerged as winners, securing 1st place, while St. Joseph Ward secured 2nd place as runners-up.
As a token of gratitude, the names of the sponsors were acknowledged and read out by Ms. Sherly D’Souza. The entire event was conducted smoothly under the compering of Mr. Deyon D’Souza. The vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. Deran Crasta.
Special appreciation goes to the Kuloor Deanery members and ICYM City Deanery members, who volunteered wholeheartedly and extended their full support throughout the program.
The event concluded successfully with active participation, joy, and wholehearted support from the parishioners, sponsors, and ICYM members.
