The Catholic Sabha, Shakthinagar Unit of Mother of God Church, organized a Konkani and Kannada speech competition on Sunday, November 2nd, at the church hall. The event commenced with a prayer led by Mrs. Mary Pinto.
Catholic Sabha President Mr. David Crasta welcomed the gathering, followed by the introduction of the judges by Mr. Tony Pinto. The competition was judged by Mr. John Pais and Mrs. Irene Pinto, both from Bajodi.
Enthusiastic children actively participated and showcased their speech skills. Parish Priest Rev.Fr. Apolinaris Crasta expressed his appreciation to the participants, their parents, and the organizers. The event was compered by Johnson D’Souza, with Veena Mascarenhas serving as the host. Laveena Pinto delivered the vote of thanks. Refreshments were served to all attendees.
