The Catholic Sabha, Shakthinagar Unit, organized a picnic for its members on 1st February 2026 to Uva Meridian Waterpark, Kundapura. A total of 21 members participated in the outing.
The group departed from Shakthinagar at 7:30 a.m. and reached Kundapura at 10:00 a.m. Upon arrival, breakfast was arranged for all the participants. The members spent quality time enjoying the facilities of the waterpark from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., fostering fellowship and togetherness. Lunch was provided within the waterpark premises, which was enjoyed by everyone.
The group began the return journey from Kundapura at 5:00 p.m., with a tea break arranged en route, and reached Shakthinagar safely at 7:45 p.m.
The picnic was well organized and provided an opportunity for relaxation, bonding, and joyful interaction among the members. The entire responsibility of organizing the picnic was efficiently taken up by Mrs. Veena Mascarenhas, whose efforts contributed greatly to the success of the event.
Overall, the picnic was a memorable and refreshing experience for all the participants.
