St Vincent de Paul society, Shakthinagar organised where the elders and singles of the parish participated in the celebration on the 26th of November 2023. The program began at 11;30 AM in the Church Hall. Total 85 people were present for the event. Parish priest Rev Fr. Jerald Dsouza, Vice president Stany Mascarenhas, Secretory Mary Pinto and resource person Dr.Cyprian Monteiro were present on the dais. Stage program was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by the guests of honour. All were welcomed by a graceful welcome dance by the children. Flavia Pinto and group invoked the blessings of the Almighty through a short prayer. Dr.Cyprian Monteiro addressed the gathering, encouraging them to be enthusiastic in their journey of life. After presidents speech children performed an agile dance, and other members entertained the elderly by enacting jokes. Praveen Siqueira raised their spirit by conducting lively games and there after distributed gifts as a token of remembrance. Dolphy Dsouza compered the entire event. Flavia Pinto delivered vote of thanks and the Program was concluded with the delicious meal.
