A training program was held for all the coordinators and secretaries of the 21 Commissions at Mother of God Church on June 30, 2024, from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Asha Monteiro, the former Commission Convener, was the resource person. The training covered the importance, duties, and responsibilities of the commissions, as well as the action plan for the year 2024-25.
The participants were later divided into four groups each representing groups of commissions and tasked with preparing an action plan for the year 2024-25. After the group discussions, the secretaries of each Commission presented their respective action plans. Parish Priest Rev. Fr Apolinaris Crasta led the presentation of the action plan and emphasized the need for effective planning to improve the well-being of the parishioners.
The programs for the year 2024-25 include:

2.Health Awareness Camp and Health Checkup
3.Program for Couples
Anitha Vas, the SCC Parish Coordinator, welcomed the gathering, while Tony Pinto, the 21 Commission Convener, proposed the vote of thanks. The event was compered by William Colaco, with 32 participants in attendance.
