Fr Vincent Vinod Saldanha arrived at Shakthinagar Church on May 20, 2022, at 5:30 pm. Fr Gerald Dsouza, Fr Pramod Crasta, Parish Pastoral Parishad Vice President Vincent Carlo, and parishioners greeted him. A short prayer service was held. Fr Vincent was accompanied by Fr Edwin Pinto and Manjeshwar Parishioners.

Six children received the First Holy Communion on May 8, 2022. At 8:00 a.m., the mass began. In the liturgy, the children took an active part. After the 7:30 a.m. mass on May 15, 2022, a small farewell program was held to honor Fr Nilesh Crasta. Fr Gerald presented a citation, which Fr Pramod read. The parishioners then proceeded to the church in a procession, holding palms and singing. The Holy Mass then followed.
