On Sunday, 18 October 2026, a Mission Sunday Offertory Auction was held after the First Holy Mass at Mother of God Church, Shakthinagar. Rev. Fr. Ivan Peter Cordeiro, Resident Priest, was also present during the auction.
The auction was led by Mr. Praveen Sequeira, with PPP Vice-President Mr. William Colaso and Commission Coordinator Mrs. Maria D’Cruz assisting in conducting the auction. Several parishioners enthusiastically participated in the auction.
A total of 30 offertory items were put up for auction. The active participation and generosity of the parishioners contributed to the success of the Mission Sunday initiative.
